Government fees, statutory charges and third-party costs are non-refundable once paid to the respective authority.
Professional service fees may be refundable, in part, where work has not commenced. Once filing or processing has begun, fees for completed work are non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact us with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
